Brandon grew up in a 900 square foot home in East Limestone county, Alabama, to a single mom. After battling through severe anxiety & depression for most of his childhood, his intense commitment to excellence allowed him to excel in school and earn a spot as a walk-on for the University of Michigan men’s gymnastics team. But for five consecutive years, his dreams were shattered—cut from the team every single season.

Instead of breaking him, those setbacks became his greatest teacher. After half a decade of perseverance and self-discovery, Brandon went from being “cut to coach,” becoming a two-time championship-winning coach for the very team that once rejected him.

Today, he stands as one of the industry’s top keynote speakers and strategic performance coaches, helping students, athletes, and organizations unlock their full potential through his "Everyday Means Everyday" (EME) philosophy — a high performance framework designed to turn consistency into confidence, effort into excellence, and vision into victory.

Brandon has made history with the world’s first sitting backflip, generated tens of millions of dollars in sales for his business clients, serves as a commentator for Fox Sports on the Big Ten Network, and has captivated audiences of thousands as a host for major events.
